Our story
We built Nuvio because our own pets deserved better travel gear.
It started with a familiar scene: a stiff, boxy carrier, a zipper that kept catching, and a cat who made it very clear she hated every second of the car ride to the vet. We looked around for something better and found the same three problems on every carrier we tried — they were cramped, they were a nightmare to clean, and none of them told you the truth about whether they'd actually fit under an airplane seat.
So we set out to offer the carrier we wished existed: one that expands for extra room once you're settled, opens up for a liner you can throw straight in the wash, and is sold honestly, without vague "airline approved" claims that fall apart the moment you're standing at the gate.
What we believe
We believe your cat or small dog is family, and family comes with you — to the vet, on the weekend road trip, through airport security, and everywhere in between. Travel shouldn't mean stuffing them into something uncomfortable just to get from A to B. It should mean giving them a calm, familiar space that happens to be portable.
We also believe pet parents deserve honesty, not marketing. That's why we never make blanket "fits all airlines" claims, why we'll happily help you check the fit for your pet and your airline before you order, and why every carrier is backed by a straightforward 30-day return window and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something's wrong, we fix it. No fine print, no runaround.

Where we're headed
